This was my first time ordering online from Zara Home, and it has been a hassle from beginning to end. I was sent tracking information for one box. But when it arrived, it only had 2 of the 8 items I ordered, and both were damaged to the point of being unusable. I called and was told there were 2 boxes, and both had the same tracking number. I confirmed with FedEx that this was impossible and with my driver who assured me he'd only had one package for me. Once I explained that to Zara rep, she said, oh, right, there are 2 tracking numbers, but sometimes the warehouse forgets to provide both.
Days later, they still hadn't found my package and hadn't sent the return label for the damaged items received. I finally received the second box, which only had one item, (which was also damaged--scratched, scuffed, dented) meaning 5 of the items I paid for were just never sent. It has taken hours of phone calls and half a dozen emails, and the matter still isn't resolved.
The reps I'm talking with have said their hands are tied to help me, but when I ask to speak with someone who can, I'm told supervisors aren't available. It's clear Zara cares nothing for quality control or customer service. They are full of "so sorry for the inconvenience," but have made no offer to fix the situation.
I wish I'd read these reviews before ordering, and I hope my review saves someone else this hassle.

This is the worst service, supply, online shop I have ever experienced. Try to avoid their online shop. I have placed an order. They confirm it. Took my credit card details. All authorised and payment completed. Then I have received an e-mail confirmation. Then they have informed me that the order was dispatched. After that I have receieved a mail that the package has been sent. And then they have sent me an inovice where 50% of articles where not there. I have called them and they said that they are sorry, but some articles are not available any more. What a joke. They confirmed twice with clearly stating that the articles are on stock. And then suddenly not on stock. This is the worst online shop and probably the most chaotic company ever! Embarrassing!!!!

How is this legal…

Beautiful design but disgustingly bad quality. Took a whiff of the inside of a soap dispenser product and my throat burned for a week.. the inside looked like it was melting. Literally, how is this legal?
I've worked in manufacturing and you have to cut a lot of corners for something to be this bad. The question is, do they not pay for QC or are thier standards just really this low?

Good!

A huge selection of home accessories, cool and unobtrusive lounge music, pleasant aromas and fashionable collections - all this accompanies your trip to Zara home. The clothes are of high quality, I have not seen any defective or broken accessories, textiles with protruding threads or dirty napkins in the store of our city. I love this store! I can't leave without a purchase! I updated the kitchen textiles, and the bed linen now smells just uniquely and this is all thanks to sprays and aroma diffusers. After ironing, I spray it on the bed linen - the aroma is divine!

Feel like in a 5 star hotel with the help of Zara Home

How to turn your bathroom into a bathroom like in a five-star hotel? Just thanks to this awesome shop. Zara Home has a wide range of different accessories, but mainly I love them for bathroom accessories. I should also note that all products are of very high quality and you wil be used them for very long. Also i love them for fast and safe delivery, no problems with transportation, cause packing is good.

Nice items, but..

Nice items, but brakes very quickly. Difusers smells very very nice, but literally they last for a week and nothing is left. I also bought a soap dispencer and it broke after few weeks :(

Poor customer service and app

The app does not allow to register company details, it gives a technical message error. I made the purchase and didnt asked for an invoice so I could e-mail the company details in order to have the correct one. They have neglected my e-mail and give and overall response and issued a personal invoice and after it they claimed they can not change once it is issued.

First time customer

This was my first time purchasing from Zara Home and I have to say that I am very satisified with the products I purchased and the services I recieved from the customer services. The products were really great, the quality was amazing and the employees were very nice, catered to all my needs!

Zara store online the worst experience

I bought in the store online, the package arrived 10 days later from what they said and they sent the wrong one, when I complained they said they will only send my package once they pick the mistaken one, same answer when I asked for a refund, moreover, the refund will take 10 days! it is a disgrace! do not buy online from Zara!

I would give zero stars if I could DO…

I would give zero stars if I could DO NOT ORDER FROM ZARA HOME! I wish I could include pictures with this review (you would be horrified). I ordered a $500 coffee table because I thought that ZARA was reputable and they delivered not one but TWO tables damaged, cracked, stained, and broken. They still haven’t offered a refund or solution. They DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS. I have had to go through my bank to dispute charges which I never have had to do before. AGAIN I WILL BE TELLING EVERYONE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY!
